House Rules and Policies

Deposits:

Required at the time of booking:  50% of the total balance, sent by email money transfer.

We are not set up to take credit card payments. Paying by email money transfer saves you the 3.5% Convenience Fee that would have to be applied to all debit/credit card transactions.

Refunds:

Cancellations up to one month in advance are fully refundable. Unfortunately, we are a small business and lost bookings represent a loss to us, and a missed opportunity for others. If you cancel within one month of your scheduled arrival, 50% of the total rental fee will be kept.

Selling Your Reservation:

This current trend is strictly forbidden. All reservations are non-transferable. Package offerings/passes will only ever be given to the person who made the reservation. 

Occupancy Policy:

OUR COTTAGE IS NOT RENTED OUT AS A PARTY VENUE! There is a strict six person maximum rule. The only people allowed on site for the night are registered guests. Unregistered daytime guests are not allowed on the property, unless we have been informed. Please contact us to let us know if you are planning on having daytime visitors. We have a 6-person maximum in our cottage. Our cottage septic is not set up for more people. No tents or trailers are allowed on site, as per subdivision covenants. This will be strictly enforced and may result in eviction.
